Constant drilling will give you precise timing, flow, speed and confidence in your abilities to use Wing Chun should you have to. We don't train for point sparring, we are not jumping around playing tag. You need the tools to stop an attacker and survive. We train a mixture of defense and attacking drills, kicking, knees, and elbows.
