Wing Chun Kung Fu
Wing Chun Kung Fu training consists of three forms, the wooden dummy, the dragon pole and finally a knife set. Many begin their training but few endure the training to reach a high level of proficiency. Like any worthwhile pursuit, hard training is necessary. Conditioning the body, and mind to ready yourself for combat.
It is absolutely pivotal to be detached while fighting, fear can have no place in the Wing Chun Fighters mind.
Combat drills must be repeated until precision is achieved. Repeated contact will build strong bridges. Correct alignment, strengthening of a weak body, elbow postioning, centerline control, loss of tension, will come first. Correct timing and unity of body, shift horse, footwork, and kicks, will follow.
